1. How many other brokers receive the same lead?
None. Our programs are exclusive to the clients for whom they are conducted. Under the terms of our contract, neither the lists nor any of the business generated from them may be given to any other broker.

2. What is the quality of the lead?
Every Mini - 1003 is guaranteed to accurately reflect the information provided by the homeowner. You are assured that each lead represents a homeowner who is motivated to refinance and expecting your call.

3. Do you operate nationwide?
Yes. Our telemarketers reach homeowners in all states.

4. How are your lists generated?
We work directly with major list compilers to produce calling lists based on credit reporting, buying patterns, and other key demographics.

5. What happens if I get a "bad" lead?
In spite of our thorough quality control systems, occasionally a lead is generated that contains incorrect information or does not meet our qualification criteria. If you suspect that this has occurred, your Customer Service Representative will promptly investigate the matter. Leads that do not qualify will not be counted toward your guarantee.

6. Can I see some samples?
Sure, click HERE to see what a normal application will look like. Each lead is provided exclusively to one broker so we are unable to provide live samples.

7. Why can't I pay you after I close the loan?
Many brokers would like us to guarantee their success. Unfortunately, there is no way to assure that they have the aggressiveness, product knowledge and availability, or resourcefulness to close the business we deliver. We do, however, commit to deliver what we promise - and that is easy to guarantee. If we don't, we are contractually bound to pro-rate a refund for the unmet part of our commitment.

8. What are your average closing ratios?
The closing ratio is dependent upon various factors including your product line and sales skills. On average our brokers have reported a 1 in 5 closing ratio.

9. What is the cost per lead?
We do not charge on a per lead basis. Our pricing is based on the size of the program as determined by the number of homeowners to be called and the hours of telemarketing involved. Since we guarantee a generous minimum number of leads to be produced, you know what the maximum possible cost per lead will be, but in most cases that actual cost per lead is significantly lower.
